BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT OR USING THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONSENT TO THE TRANSMISSION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION DURING SUBSCRIBTION AND FOR INTERNET-BASED FEATURES OF THE SOFTWARE/SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE.

Timber Calculator Plus application is using for calculate timber logs, timber cut sizes, door, plywood and boards
SKA Technologies provide Timber Calculator Plus mobile application at free of cost with limited features. And also we provide its premium features at an affordable cost. Its liability to you is limited to the fees collected from you. We do not sell our software or your copy of it - we only license it. Under our license we grant you the right to use it and its services.
Product Compatibility
Timber Calculator Plus is designed and developed to be compatible with the specified versions of android mobile operating systems, but we can give no guarantee, that application will run in all type of mobiles. We are however committed to doing our best to make our application compatible with all type of android mobiles as we can.
Exclusion of liability
1. SKA Technologies will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred or sustained if information material to the service it is providing is withheld or concealed from it or misrepresented to it. This applies equally to fraudulent acts, misrepresentation or wilful default on the part of any party to the transaction and their directors, officers, employees, agents or advisers.
2. SKA Technologies will not be liable to you for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside their control.
3. Third-party content. Content from other Users, advertisers, and other third parties is made available to you through the Services. Because SKA Technologies does not control such Content, you agree that SKA Technologies is not responsible for any such Content, including advertising and information about third party products or services. Because SKA Technologies does not have control over such Content, SKA Technologies makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of such Content, and SKA Technologies assumes no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful Content made available by other Users, advertisers, and third parties.
4. Data loss. SKA Technologies will not be liable to you for any loss of data with in this service or out of this service.
5. SKA Technologies will not be liable to you for any loss or failure to perform this service, unavailability of features, If you have any query for new features, you can freely send feedback to company.
Payment Terms
A subscription fee will be charged as per the plans mentioned on the pricing page. We strictly comply with the laws of the land and we will charge Service Tax at applicable rates.
Subscriptions
SKA Technologies provide a yearly auto-renewing subscription to activate premium features and remove ads. If you upgrade to Premium plan, payment will be charged to your store connected account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew in your Store Settings any time after purchase.
Termination
The license is effective until terminated by You or SKA Technologies. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the SKA Technologies if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the license, You shall cease all use of the Licensed Application, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Licensed Application.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. No further subscription fees will be billed and no refund will be made of any subscription fees already billed and paid.
Exclusion of our liability
You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We do not restrict our liability (if any) for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, for fraud committed by us or for any matter, which it would be illegal to limit or to attempt to restrict. We exclude all other liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage arising in connection with the Service.
NO WARRANTY: YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE LICENSED APPLICATION ("SERVICES") ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND SKA TECHNOLOGIES HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. SKA TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN OR SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY, THE LICENSED APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY SKA TECHNOLOGIES OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
